Gift Basket Orders

To order gift baskets, you can shop online on our secure website and payment can be made by credit card or using Paypal. You can also email your order to giftbasketexpress@telus.net and then let us know if you want to etransfer or receive a Paypal invoice; your order is considered completed once payment is received. Our regular business days are Monday - Friday. Closed weekends and holidays.

Gift Baskets - Ordering Information:  Gift Baskets are suitable for many corporate and personal gift occasions at any time of the year. Order a gift basket for your holiday gift giving, family gift occasions, company events, trade show door prizes and more. We design our gift baskets in a range of styles from casual and fun to upscale and elegant. You decide the kind of gift you want to give.

Customers can shop online for gift baskets on our secure website. January - October, we offer next business day delivery and shipping on all orders received before 12:00pm PST (Monday-Friday). Transit times vary for shipped items depending on the location. You can also pre-order baskets to be delivered at a future date. Please note that during the holiday season we may require more time to prepare and ship orders. Please order in advance during November & December.

Our gift baskets are custom made when you order and the finishing touches are completed to be suitable for the recipient and the occasion that you are sending it for. In addition, all of our gift baskets are wrapped in cello and decorated prior to shipping or delivery. We also include your personal message on the enclosure card that is included with the gift.

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to provide any special instructions or comments for us and enter a delivery date (if no date is provided it will be delivered next business day). We will contact you if we have any questions about your order.

Orders can be shipped throughout most of Canada and we most often use Canada Post for shipping our gift baskets.

Gift Basket Changes: All of our gift basket designs are flexible and you can request to add or remove certain types of items if you like a gift basket that we have listed, but you just want to switch out a certain item or two. Enter your request in the 'Special Instructions' area during the checkout process. We will design a gift basket with your requested changes. Please note that extensive changes may alter the cost of the gift basket.

Gourmet Gift Basket Products: For the gourmet gift baskets and food gift baskets, the types of food are in 2 main categories. Snack items refer to products that can be opened and enjoyed without any preparation such as: cookies, chocolate, chips, pretzels, nuts, crackers, cheese, candy, etc. Pantry items are those that need some preparation before they can be consumed such as: dip mixes, soup mixes, baking mixes, pasta, sauces, spices, cooking oils, etc. Our gift basket descriptions will tell you what kind of items are in each particular gift basket.

Please note that products may vary from the sample photos and we may substitute items of equal or greater value for products that are currently out of stock. If we are out of stock on a main element of the gift baskets that would affect the overall theme or style, we will contact you to discuss substitutions.

Special Occasion Gift Baskets: We have all of our gift baskets organized in categories so that you can view recommendations for different occasion. However, any of our gift baskets in any product category can be decorated for any occasion. Select one that your recipient will enjoy and we will make sure that the final product is suited to the occasion.

Design and Presentation: We take great care in selecting products and designing our gift baskets to create gifts that are both delicious and beautifully presented. After selecting the products and assembling our baskets, we determine the presentation of your gift and how we want the final product to look. We choose from a number of decorations, silk flowers, embellishments, ribbon and bows to put the finishing touches on your gift. In addition, we tailor the finishing touches based on the occasion. Attention to detail is very important to us and all of our gifts are prepared with the occasion and recipient in mind.

Enclosure Cards: We have a number of enclosure card styles for all occasions. Please include the text you would like on your enclosure card when you order your basket. We will include your personal note on the card and present it along with the gift basket.

Wine & Liquor in Gift Baskets: We are not permitted to stock liquor for sale in our business place. We can, however, purchase wine or any type of alcohol on behalf of our customers to place in our gift baskets. We can only stock low/non alcohol products. Our wine and cheese gift baskets or any basket with alcohol shown on our website are for presentation purposes only. Please note that you can request wine or alcohol to be added to any gift basket that we sell (not just the ones shown with wine/alcohol).
